KIC is the largest clinical trial conference in Asia, now in its 11th year.
Co-hosted by MOHW and MFDS, this international conference attracts around 1,500 attendees each year from government, academia, and industry.
This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with leading professionals and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and global challenges in new drug development and clinical trials.
* Date: September 22nd – 24th, 2025
* Venue: Lotte Hotel Seoul 2F, 3F (30, Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea)
* Exhibition Hours: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM (Sep 22, KST), 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Sep 23–24, KST)
* Booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the submission order of application forms.
* Registration for exhibition booths has closed, and we are now accepting waitlist numbers. However, individual advertisements can be registered without a waitlist number. Please review the attached document for further details.
