Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Please note that a cancellation or refund request MUST BE NOTIFIED in advance via e-mail.

* Cancellation Deadline: Sunday, Sep 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM (KST)

* Cancelling before Sep 29, 2024, refund amount is registration fee paid minus banking charges

* No refunds for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline.

Payment Options

Credit Card (For Everyone)

* The credit card option is the fastest and easiest method to pay your registration fee and we recommend you to follow this method.

Wire Transfer (For Koreans)

* The wire transfer option is provided only for attendees who have Korean local bank account.

For International Participants

If a VISA is required to attend the conference, only those with passports can register until 8/31.

Confirmation

Once the payment is completed, you will receive confirmation via email to confirm that you have successfully registered for the conference. If you have made a payment and have not received any confirmation, please contact our conference secretariat at info-kic@konect.or.kr.
