Aprilbio is a research-driven, clinical stage biotech company located in Korea where we focus on developing novel multi-valent biologics (SAFAbodies) utilizing a unique albumin binder fusion technology (SAFA™). We engineer peptide, antibody fragment, and/or Vhh to anti-serum albumin Fab to generate SAFAbodies with improved PK profile, safety, and efficacy. We are currently developing therapeutic agents to treat cancer, immunological disorders, and metabolic diseases.
